Yoga
Yoga offers a multitude of physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. If your preference is private sessions, or if you are recovering from an illness, surgery, or living with a chronic condition and need individualized assistance, we can partner to customize a personalized plan and practice that addresses your specific goals or that complements and supports your healing program. But, if building community as well as your practice is the goal, you are welcome to join one of our group sessions. Either way, Yoga supports your path to wellness and wellbeing.
Monthly Subscription Classes
With a monthly subscription you will be ready to join us in our Yoga classes every week to enhance your wellness.

Private Yoga Sessions
In private yoga sessions, you can work with your instructor to create a program that’s tailored specifically for your needs. Your instructor will help you to work towards even your loftiest yoga goals so you can take your yoga practice to the next level.
